All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification are obtained. Orders generally take up to 30 days to make in our workshop.

Standard Domestic Delivery

Items are available for registered shipping within Israel via Israeli postal service. Estimated delivery time is 14 - 20 business days.

Standard International Delivery

Items are available for shipping to the USA, Europe and Australia via EMS (Israeli international postal service). Estimated delivery time is20-30 business days.

Once we ship your package we will send you an email with a tracking number so you may monitor the status of your package online.

Custom and Duty Charges

Products shipped outside of Israel may be obligated to charges enforced by local regulation. Therefore the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties required for the export of their goods.

Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result we will be unable to advise or provide any assistance on these processes.
